TRINITY SOUL

Return to yourself.

A Mediterranean yoga and wellness retreat in Tunisia.

The experience

Seven days of slowing down, on the edge of the Mediterranean

Trinity Soul is a small retreat in a restored courtyard house above the Tunisian coast. Fourteen guests, one teacher, one long table, and a week with nothing urgent in it.

Days here are built around breath and light — practice at sunrise, long unhurried meals, afternoons that belong entirely to you. The point is not to fix anything. It's to remember what your own pace feels like.

What your days look like

Eight things this week is made of

Yoga

Two daily practices — grounding vinyasa in the morning, slow restorative as the sun drops.

Meditation

Guided sitting at first light on the roof terrace, facing the sea.

Breathwork

Weekly workshops in pranayama and nervous-system regulation.

The table

Mediterranean cooking from the market that morning, eaten together.

Rest

Unscheduled afternoons. Shade, books, the pool, the hammam.

Nature

Olive groves, cypress, salt air, and a coastline that stays empty.

Community

A group small enough that everyone knows everyone by day two.

The coast

A ten-minute walk to a cove with almost nobody on it.

Tunisia is part of the reason you come

The Mediterranean table

Food is not an afterthought here

Everything is cooked in the house by Leïla and her team, from produce bought that morning at the village market. Olive oil from the grove below the property. Bread from the bakery two streets away.

Meals are long and communal, served at one table in the courtyard. Most dishes are vegetable-forward; fish appears twice a week. Nothing is precious and nobody rushes.

  • Slata mechouia

Charred peppers, tomato, olive oil, capers

  • Chickpea and cumin soup

Lablabi, with poached egg and harissa

  • Grilled sea bream

    Fennel, preserved lemon, market herbs

  • Fresh figs and labneh

    Thyme honey and toasted almonds

Nadia Ben Amor

Lead teacher and founder

I grew up between Tunis and Marseille, and I've spent fifteen years teaching people how to be less at war with their own bodies.

Practice should return you to your body, not remove you from it. I teach slowly, name what's happening anatomically, and leave space for people to choose their own effort.

Questions

The things people ask first

Do I need yoga experience?+

No. Around a third of guests arrive with very little practice. Every class is taught with options, and nothing in the week assumes you can already do anything in particular.

What level is the retreat?+

All levels, genuinely. Morning practice is moderately active, evening practice is slow and restorative. Experienced practitioners get depth through variations rather than speed.

What should I bring?+

Light layers, swimwear, a scarf for the village, comfortable walking shoes and something warm for evenings. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all here.

Are flights included?+

No. You book your own flights into Tunis–Carthage (TUN). We'll send guidance on good arrival windows once you're confirmed.

How do airport transfers work?+

Return transfers are included. We meet you in arrivals and drive you to the house — roughly 70 minutes. Group transfers run at set times on arrival and departure day.
